History
pcPeople, Inc. has been proudly serving our customers nationwide since 1987 from corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. Our initial focus was academic software to public and private, K-12 and higher education institutions. Because of that focus we have academic reseller license established with most major software manufacturers in the industry. Over the years and in anticipation of internet trends we have added web development, enhancement, and hosting, as well as network solutions, and telephony products to our portfolio. Additionally we have expanded our markets to include Corporate, Credit Union, Government, and Small Business customers.

Quality Assurance
One of the many benefits of doing business with pcPeople is our dedication to making sure our customers are happy and confident about their purchase(s). Our e-com specialists review your order and will contact you by e-mail if they have any questions. They will place and then confirm the order with you by e-mail. We also request e-mail confirmation from you when your order is received and you are satisfied.  We maintain the highest level of communication between pcPeople and you, our customer, for quality assurance.

Return Policy (Print RMA Form)

Products may be returned to pcPeople, Inc. for replacement or refund in the following manner:

Returns to pcPeople, Inc. must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. pcPeople, Inc. maintains the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns. After 30 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your product. Before returning any item, you must contact our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number and original pcPeople receipt. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, and special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund.

Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened and in the original manufacturer packaging.   Non-defective software that has been opened will not be accepted by pcPeople, Inc. for return. Defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges.

All refunds are for a store credit only. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. pcPeople, Inc. maintains the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
