Question: How do I return an order
I'm not happy with?
Answer: When returning defective, DOA items or in some cases, unsatisfactory
products, please be sure to:
- Complete the Online Form or: Call us to
request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- Complete the RMA form and fax it local:
(713) 789-6390 or toll free: (888) 806-4003 ATTN: RMA Dept.
- After the RMA is approved a number will
be assigned to you.
- RMAs are valid for 10 days from date of
issue.
- Freight on returns. PC People will pay
for freight (UPS call tag) on mis-shipped and defective products. The
customer is responsible for the shipping costs on all other returns.
- All returned products must be complete
and have original packing materials.
- Your RMA number should be written on the
shipping label.
